La Mort

La Mort Clothing is a family-run brand that produces the finest collection of hand-drawn occult art and clothing.

  • The Challenge

    David, Founder of La Mort, was looking for an agency that didn’t treat his brand like a faceless client. He wanted to work with a team he could trust with all their marketing channels, allowing him to focus on design and product development (and his growing family!). 

    La Mort joined &Allies in October 2024 with a goal to elevate their customer touchpoints, increase revenue from neglected platforms and implement brand new revenue channels. They were a celebrated brand that attracted fierce loyalty from their existing customers. But they lacked clarity on which channels were deserving of their budget and attention, and they needed a more strategic approach.

  • The Strategy

    The &Allies team delivered a cohesive strategy across the channels:

    Creative. After chatting to David about his creative vision for the brand, we reviewed audience data, looked into their past creative testing and analysed their testimonials. We used this information to put together a series of strategic briefs for their team to follow – the brand maintained creative control but with the backing of our data-led guidance. 

    Email. We wrote targeted copy and created eye-catching on-brand designs for their automated email flows – tailoring our approach to new customers as well as their loyal fanbase. And our high-performing email campaigns are sent in line with a data-led content plan, which combines strong messaging, timely sends and smart segmentation. 

    Google. Our brand research allowed us to truly understand the La Mort target audience and shape our strategy accordingly. Our strategy spans campaign types and our consistent optimisation allows us to continue scaling the budget profitably month on month.
