The Hippodrome Casino is the biggest and busiest casino in London with gaming, bars, restaurants and entertainment.

The Challenge
The Hippodrome, welcomes millions of visitors through its door every year. It’s not only a world-renowned casino, the building also houses seven floors of entertainment and award-winning restaurants. They wanted to see more awareness, engagement on socials, website traffic and ultimately an increase in bookings and footfall.
While their campaigns across Google, Meta and Email were performing steadily, we immediately spotted significant untapped potential. They were in need of optimisation, creative testing, audience segmentation and hyper-targeting for specific venues in the space.

The Strategy
The &Allies team implemented a multi-channel, results-driven approach:
Creative. We introduced a creative approach that was tailored to each unique venue brand within the Hippodrome space. This included a strategic content plan, eye-catching emails with strong calls to action, and compelling conversion-led copy.
Google. We launched multiple campaigns focused on generating bookings for each of the venues within the Hippodrome building. We consistently optimised and retargeted warmer audiences to improve the conversion rate.
Meta. We moved away from their broad strategy and instead segmented audiences for the casino and each individual bar/restaurant. Performance was tracked on a granular level to deliver data-led optimisations across audience and creative experimentation.
