Charlotte Mills is a female-founded, luxury bridal brand known for its footwear, dresses and accessories.

  • The Challenge

    Charlotte Mills came to us with ambitious revenue targets. Time-poor, they needed a proactive agency they could trust to drive sales. Step up &Allies. 

    Their two-year customer life cycle meant it was important that they consistently attracted a new audience. This would help them to reach both their short-term goals and sustain long-term growth.

    They were reliant on organic reach, but to scale effectively they needed a full-funnel advertising strategy. Our goal was to boost conversions while building a valuable lead database to fuel future sales.

  • The Strategy

    The &Allies team implemented a strategy for both short- and long-term growth:

    Creative. Our first step was to identify the main motivators of their target customers. Then, we refined the messaging to resonate with brides-to-be and to showcase the quality and unique features of their shoes and dresses.

    Conversions. We set up Google Ads and a full-funnel Meta Ads conversion strategy, optimising based on ad formats, placements, messaging and audience to get the best results for our ad spend.

    Leads. Our strategy included lead generation ads. We collected low cost, high quality leads to retarget with email campaigns – slicing overall acquisition costs.
